Varied methods of detection of mesothelioma
I am a thorough professional and I usually never take leaves unless it is very urgent. I was working in a glass and plastic manufacturing firm for the last eight years and was giving my hundred percent. One fine day, I started facing breathing and cough problems but I ignored it considering it was due to change in weather conditions. But my wife was concerned about it and wanted me to see a physician for its treatment. I went to a doctor and told him about my symptoms. He suggested me to undergo certain physical and other tests. After conducting physical tests, I was subjected to chest x-rays. Then after that, the doctor suggested CT scan and MRI. I asked him if there is anything to worry about. He told me that he needs to conduct biopsy as well in order to detect the disease. I was made to undergo all these tests and assured that there is no reason to worry. When I went to collect my reports, the physician informed me about mesothelioma , a cancer from which I was suffering from. I was taken aback and started sweating on hearing that. But the physician assured me that there is no need to worry and it is just the first stage of cancer and is easily curable. I took a deep breath on hearing that and asked the doctor about the cause of the cancer. He told me that long exposures of asbestos in my working place have lead to the cancer. Then he informed me about various Mesothelioma Treatment centers running in India and suggested me to visit one to get comprehensive information about the disease and its cure. I was confident after talking to my physician that I will be cured in a short span of time.
Methodologies in Health Research Studies
In order to find the trusted health research studies, you have to be able to know the methodologies; which is the most used ones, which is the trusted ones, which does provide the expected information, and many more. In fact, there are plenty of methodologies. If you intend to participate in the medical research, you should at least choose one method to be the basic of your research.
The methods you can apply are quantitative, qualitative, quantitative qualitative, statistical, basic, and many more. You can use one or more of them as the basic of your research. Each method has its own advantages and disadvantages. You should know the steps in each method to arrange the make-sense assessment.
For the research itself, there are two kinds of it; the primer and secondary. The primer research includes basic research, clinical research and epidemiological research. The secondary research includes meta-analysis and review. When exploring the basic research, you have to concern about the theory and the applied. For the clinical research, you should focus on experiments and observations. And for epidemiological research, similar with clinical, you should focus on experiments and observations, yet the approaching is different.
